Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks of Velveeta cheese
  • 2 pounds (lbs.) ground beef
  • 2 jars of medium / mild salsa (make it hot for extra spice)

Directions

  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray, set to high
  2. Cube the Velveeta, adding to the slow cooker
  3. Brown and season the ground beef. Drain the grease
  4. Add ground beef to melting Velveeta
  5. Keep slow cooker on high for 45 minutes, or until all Velveeta is fully melted
  6. Set slow cooker to low
  7. Stir in jars of salsa, until thoroughly combined
  8. Dig in!
