Ingredients
- 2 blocks of Velveeta cheese
- 2 pounds (lbs.) ground beef
- 2 jars of medium / mild salsa (make it hot for extra spice)
Directions
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray, set to high
- Cube the Velveeta, adding to the slow cooker
- Brown and season the ground beef. Drain the grease
- Add ground beef to melting Velveeta
- Keep slow cooker on high for 45 minutes, or until all Velveeta is fully melted
- Set slow cooker to low
- Stir in jars of salsa, until thoroughly combined
- Dig in!
