Amaretto Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 box of instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup amaretto liqueur
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon (tsp) almond extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly
  3. Brush Bundt pan with more vegetable oil, getting into all details of the pan
  4. Gently pour the batter into the pan, as evenly on all sides as possible
  5. Bake for 45 – 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes
  7. Place a wire cooling rack over the cake and flip the pan to release
