Ingredients
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 box of instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon (tsp) almond extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly
- Brush Bundt pan with more vegetable oil, getting into all details of the pan
- Gently pour the batter into the pan, as evenly on all sides as possible
- Bake for 45 – 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes
- Place a wire cooling rack over the cake and flip the pan to release
