Ingredients
- 4 squares (half a bar) of unsweetened bakers chocolate
- 11/2 sticks of butter
- 11/2 cups of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon (tsp) of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of flour
Directions
- Preheat over to 350°
- Coat an 8×8 pan with cooking spray
- Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler, or in the microwave on 45 second intervals
- Stir together until fully combined
- Mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour
- Pour into pan, and bake for 35 – 40 mintes
- For gooey-er brownies, bake for 30-35
