Brownies

Ingredients

  • 4 squares (half a bar) of unsweetened bakers chocolate
  • 11/2 sticks of butter
  • 11/2 cups of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon (tsp) of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of flour

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 350°
  2. Coat an 8×8 pan with cooking spray
  3. Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler, or in the microwave on 45 second intervals
  4. Stir together until fully combined
  5. Mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour
  6. Pour into pan, and bake for 35 – 40 mintes
    • For gooey-er brownies, bake for 30-35
