Ingredients
- 2 boxes Velveeta shells (or similar)
- 2 pounds (lbs.) ground beef
- 2 cans mild Rotel
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon (tsp) black pepper
- 1 teaspoon (tsp) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (tsp) paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) chili powder (optional)
Directions
- Boil shells as directed on the box, set aside
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet, seasoning as desired
- Remove from heat, and drain grease
- Add shells and cheese sauce to skillet, stirring until evenly coated
- Add in Rotel, shredded cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder
- Mix thoroughly
- Serve!
