Ingredients
- Two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, room temp
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 teaspoons (tsp) minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons (tbsp) fresh basil, minced
- 3 tablespoons (tbsp) fresh parsley, minced
- 2/3 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
Directions
- Toast the pecans at 350° for 5-8 minutes, set aside to cool
- Using a food processor (separately) chop the pecans, cranberries, then basil / parsley
- Use the food processor (or a mixer on low speed), mix cream cheese and olive oil until smooth
- Spoon the cream cheese into a large bowl, and fold in the other ingredients mixing thoroughly
