Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 minced yellow onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon (tbsp) salt
- 1 tablespoon (tbsp) pepper
- 2 tablespoon (tbsp) vegetable oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon (tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp of pepper
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Take a golf-ball size of mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the meatballs into the pot cooking for 1 minute, flipping once
- Add the beef broth, milk, remaining salt & pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir thoroughly
- Bring to a boil, and add egg noodles. Stir constantly until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has thickened. About 7-9 minutes
- Remove from heat. Add the parmesan and parsley, stir until cheese is melted
