Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 11/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon (tsp) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
- 5 ripe bananas
- Splash of vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°
- In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork, breaking up all the large chunks
- Add butter, egg, sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix until combined
- Grease loaf pan
- Pour batter into pan, shake until batter settles evenly
- Bake for 1 hour
