Ginny’s Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (lbs.) pork sausage
  • 2 packages of premade biscuits
  • Milk
  • Flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Place biscuits on a baking sheet
  3. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, until golden brown
  4. Brown sausage in a large skillet
  5. Without draining the grease, add flour 1/2 cup at a time
  6. Mix in milk 1/2 cup at a time
  7. Keep adding flour and milk until desired consistency is reached
