Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
Filling
- 11/2 cups white sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 – 3 lemons, juiced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- To make the crust
- mix flour, butter, and sugar in a medium bowl until well combined
- Press mixture into the bottom of an uncreased 9×13 pan
- Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes
- To make the filling:
- Whisk sugar and flour together, add in eggs, and lemon juice until smooth
- Pour filling over baked crust
- Bake again for 20 minutes
- Set aside to cool, bars will firm as they cool
- Top with powdered sugar
