Ingredients
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 pound (lbs.) ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- 1 can (16oz) refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons (tsp) chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon (tsp) garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Take the crescent dough and unroll it in the center of the 8×12 pan and press it to the sides so it makes a solid layer on the bottom
- Cook the ground beef and onions in a pan and drain the fat
- In a medium to large mixing bowl combine the sour cream, egg, refried beans, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined.
- Evenly spread the ground beef and onions over the dough
- Spread the bean mixture over the meat
- Top with cheese, than bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Take it out when the dough crust is golden brown.
