Ingredients
- 1 Cup white rice
- 1 Cup water
- 1/2 Teaspoon (tsp) salt (optional)
- 1/2 Tablespoon (tbsp) minced garlic (optional)
Directions
- Since the rice in cold water, until it’s clear
- Add the rice and water to the Instant Pot
- Close and lock the lid, turning the venting knob to the sealed position
- Use the Pressure Cook function, and cook for 3 minutes at high pressure
- Natural release for 10 minutes, then turn the venting knob to release the rest of the pressure
- Fluff with a fork and serve
